If you are having trouble creating a new Google Ad account using a VPN, then this process may also be your next option.

One of our SAS students, Elijah K., showed a step by step process on creating a new Google Ad account through the video below:

Step 1: Contact your bank and ask for a new card.

Step 2: Disconnect your phone number from the suspended Google Ad account.

Step 3: Create a brand new Gmail account in incognito mode without using the phone number that was associated with your suspended Gmail account (if there were any).

Step 4: Create a new Google Ad account using the special link below:

https://ads.google.com/um/Welcome/Home?sf=bb&escape=expert&authuser=0&pli=1#ac 

Step 5: Do not add any payment method until at least 24 hours.

Step 6: Verify if your card is working and valid before your try adding it to your new ad account. (Any errors may suspend your account for suspicious payment)

Step 7: Choose any random website on the internet and set a test campaign to run on your ad account and start with a budget of $2.

(The website should not be related to MMO, weight loss, or Bizopp. You can create a landing page for Dog training or any safe niche products, but should not contain the word "Buy" on it.)

Do not pause the campaign, but instead, lower the budget down to $.10/day and put only 5 keywords in the adgroup to avoid overspending.

You can create and set up your new ad campaign after 4-5 days of running the test campaign.

And don't forget to set up your Google Conversion tracking.
