How To Send outbound SMS to customers Follow
Whenever needed or when a reply for 'A Customer Replied To Our SMS' is received without the customer giving their updated/correct email, send an outbound SMS to address their concern and/or ask for their correct email that they missed to reply to us with.
To send an outbound SMS:
1. Create a new ticket.
2. On the created ticket, enter the customer's full phone number to the SUBJECT field.
3. Then add ilya+sms@johncrestani.com as REQUESTER.
4. Add 'outbound-sms' ZD tag on the TAGS field.
5. And add the content of the SMS to the PUBLIC REPLY section.
7. Assign the ticket to you by clicking the 'take it' link on the assignee field.
8. Submit ticket as you see fit (Solved/Pending).
